The attitude of the representative Tom who never wavered in the difficulty or challenges to retrieve an answer regarding the service for conversation... Even though this task has not been accomplished Tom has set in place to make sure that it does. Just had an update attitude as if he really enjoyed his job.

I have bee using Namecheap for many years and their support was always very good. Today, even though the support we requested was for another department, the person was extremely helpful. Great job Namecheap.

Namecheap is a company that I can trust with servicing my websites and domains. I have several accounts with them, and their costs are not outrageous. As well, their customer service is always excellent.

I requested a refund for a free trial product that auto renewed even after I called to cancel everything except the basic website. They apparently separate out renewal even though it was purchased as a package which to me is bait and switch. They don't let you keep anything when you want to simplify your plan so I had to rebuild a new website which wasn't difficult but frustrating. I asked for a refund for an email that was part of a "package" that was automatically renewed. I submitted the request on 1/17. Said 7-10 business days for response and just got it 2/20. They denied based on their terms and conditions which say it autorenews unless you call and I called back in October. This is nonsense. I would recommend a more transparent service.

I find this co-pilot thing confusing and difficult to manage. One icon i click on makes a page come up saying I have no e-mails and my work is done for the day. Can't tell you what is on with that.I still don't understand if I have to pay Microsoft as well as you guys' However, I've been with Go-Daddy like forever, so I'll stick with you and eventually figure things out.

I don't know what happened to Namecheap. I used to trust Namecheap with infinite happiness. Now, you cannot downgrade or cancel a product without spending time and more money. Even if a product does not work, you cannot downgrade, cancel, OR get rid of it. And you can spend hours with someone on a different continent.
