I had a somewhat complicated scenario of changing hosting sites from wix to go daddy and needing to keep the existing website working while another one is being built. Edward did a great job in setting up an account, instructed me on how to transfer the domain, explained what services I needed for my clinic, and helped me to navigate this process. I am not an expert on websites and he did a great job simplifying the process, was patient with each step and it ended up being seamless. Also loved that go daddy had a real person at the other end of the phone when I called. Kudos. Great first experience with go daddy.
