I recently had a CNAME issue, and Marvin from Namecheap provided exceptional support. The Namecheap site can be temperamental at times—I often have to work in incognito mode or repeatedly sign out and back in. For someone unfamiliar with these quirks, it can be frustrating. Marvin, however, was incredibly patient, respectful, and never condescending, which I greatly appreciated.Unfortunately, I've spoken to several Namecheap representatives this week, and not all of them were as helpful as Marvin. He truly stands head and shoulders above the rest. Not only did he resolve my CNAME issue, but he also went above and beyond by helping me with a DKIM error that had been causing problems for over a year. Despite working with an IT person, my clients' emails were still going to spam. When I mentioned this to Marvin, he identified that my email was pointing to an incorrect DKIM and showed me how to fix it.Marvin's assistance has lifted months of stress off my shoulders, and I am incredibly grateful for his help. Namecheap is lucky to have him—he’s an absolute gem, and I hope you recognize the value he brings to your team!
