My Customer Service Representative was AWESOME! I consider Namecheap TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE, and some customer service representatives deserve MORE than a 10!

QuickEasy, and Effective

This experience was like a trip to the grocery store…I went in for a couple of things and came out with much more! Caroline not only helped with the two issues I called about, but she thoroughly cleaned up my account, and by so doing, she saved me at least $150.00! I could not be more pleased with the service and results of this call. Thank you, Caroline.

Go Daddy has personnel like Jeremy, who do customer and technical support that are the gold standard. Unfortunately, after holding 58 minutes and then the support personnel trying different "solutions" to my issue for another 30 minutes, I asked to be elevated to someone who was more knowledgeable. After getting connected to Jeremy, he fixed the issue in 2 minutes.

The Rep I Spoke to was Shafkat and he was Amazing!!!Extremely Patient & Knowledgeable. He helped me with a list of things I needed help with and was so kind in the processes. This is the reason why I ALWAYS work with Namecheap! Thanks again Shafkat and Namecheap you are a great help and I do appreciate your time. ~Bri Cherie~

I signed up with Namecheap for email and have had problem after problem. I can't sign in. It asks me to add security features, I do and then it sends me through a loop to do it over and over again. I called and waited on hold almost an hour and had to hang up. I called back the next day and the same thing happened. I used the chat feature and chatted with someone for over an hour and they still couldn't fix the issue. They knew nothing about their service and kept googling articles and sending them to me and I had already read every article they sent and nothing worked. I called and finally got someone on the phone and it took an hour and they finally said it's going to take at least 90 minutes for it to be resolved. Meanwhile my email is down it's costing me money. If they would have solved problem quickly, I would have chalked it to "things happen". I told them I have lost confidence in their ability to provide reliable email service and that I have paid for a service that doesn't work and that I want a refund for the email accounts so I can move them to another provider. They basically told me to kick rocks. Didn't try to make it right in any way. I DO NOT recommend this business. I am moving all of my email and every other product I can from Namecheap. I should have read the BBB reviews before signing up and I definitely would NOT have. Mistakes are not the problem. We all make them, but making your customer pay for your mistakes and not owning up to them? No thank you. Not for me.Update: They said it would take 90 min to fix and after 15 hours, it’s still not working.Update #2: The reply below says that someone sent me an email trying to understand the issue. I DID NOT receive an email of this nature. More smoke and mirrors from Namecheap.
