I’ve been buying multiple services from Namecheap for over 7 years. I’ve given them thousands of dollars. I recently had three automatic payments go through for services that I haven’t used and wasn’t planning on using that were charged to my checking account totaling over $600. I asked for a refund for two of the charges which all took place within 10 days. They refused a refund on them because they “were past there refund policy date.” In addition I was on a text message chat with them for over 2 hours and was dropped from 2 agents chats and had to verify my information and why I was reaching out 3 times. I will be canceling all other services with them after this horrific experience.

I was having difficulty setting DNS data for my new domain. The young lady who resolved my issue was very patient and considerate in tone. She also took the time to explain the function of the several of the settings.

After a "glitch" with Godaddie's email servers, then having my email out for close to a full month then dealing with customer service and not getting any where fast. I was at my wits-end. Today, I was luck to have Shaun pick up the phone and taking over two hours to help and thinking the out of the box and not reading from a script. He was able to work with me and get the problem solved.
