Every now and then call and ask for a review of your products and hopefully you get a representative who is knowledgeable and willing to take the time to help you save some money choosing the right products.

Namecheap renewed my 1 year service agreement after 9 months, taking full payment. I then decided to cancel everything prior to the 12 month contract end. They refuse to refund my renewel fees citing spurious excuses about smooth renewel processes. Very poor. I'm now going via s.75 with my Credit Card provider.
