I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They failed to properly handle the transfer of my recently purchased premium domain, resulting in financial loss and frustration. Their lack of transparency and communication added to the problem. I would advise others to think twice before doing business with them.J'ai vécu une expérience très décevante avec cette entreprise. He knows the Go Daddy website inside and out and was able to talk me through getting connected. He also was able to help me get my website activated and did so without ever losing his place despite my losing mine (over and over again).

Ten years ago, Namecheap was a breeze. Am amateur could pop out a website in a short time. It's not that way anymore. The virtual assistant helps a little but not like one would hope for.
