My customer service rep Kristian was an amazing joy to work with. Go daddy and Kristian worked very hard and quickly to restore my website. The customer service was impeccable. Kristian was so polite and just a breath of fresh air. He never wavered and or gave up and kept me informed the entire way. I am thankful for him and go daddy for their platform and just allowing us to create a website and giving us the tools to do it efficiently and creatively. I am very impressed and satisfied with Go Daddy.

Namecheap technical support is sub-par. If you sign up for Microsoft 365 email on Namecheap, good luck getting any sort of good support. I am a senior engineer and cannot even talk to one of their senior engineers to get my issue resolved I have to talk to a first level guy who is only a go between and knows nothing technical. I would give their technical support a 0 rating if I could. They have told me multiple times that the issue has been resolved, only to find out later that it hasn't. With no email, my clients business is losing money. EXTREMELY POOR SUPPORT.

Scot was an enormous help with my email set up on my new phone. He helped me reconfigure everything so it will work seamlessly for me. He also took the time to go over our products and fix a couple of things for me. I am beyond grateful that I was connected to him today!

Really helpful and understanding service. I have called twice today and both times my issues were quickly resolved.

My customer service experiences were not believable. I simply wanted to know if I could change my domain name and the agent I spoke with didn’t understand me asking that multiple times before he deleted my domain. I kept having to repeat what I was asking and he still didn’t understand. It took over ten mins to get a response from him at times through chat. The chat took over an hour and another agent had to take over. He then said I was getting a refund and I would receive an email.I didn’t find out until I called the next day that I wouldn’t be receiving any refund. That agent said it is just $32 dollars and it is just gone, you can’t get it back. She continued to ramble and interrupt me the majority of the call and tried to say she wasn’t trying to cut me off but continued to do so.My interaction with this customer service was horrible.

I was changing website host using the guide of a technician to ensure I didn’t mess anything up. He told me to change the CNAME record first, after every change you have to enter a security code sent to your email. Once I changed where the CNAME was pointing my email stopped working because it was no longer positing to my host. So I couldn’t not get anymore codes to finish changing the records to get it to point where I needed it to. They are unwilling to help me in any way- they can’t change the a records, they can’t revert the CNAME back to where it was pointing previously, they can’t change my email to get the codes sent to another email. I’m locked out and my website is down as well as my emails and I’m losing money every hour. The customer service is absolutely ridiculous. Do not choose Namecheap as your domain provider let alone anything else.
