Avoid this company at all costs. They are scammers who will sell you products which don't work, will renege on their promises to refund your money, and will take your money then string you along promising refunds whilst constantly failing to deliver.

The customer services representative Nathan was amazingly patient with me while I fumbled around following his instructions. My son was listening in from the next room and when I finished his comment was "that guy you were speaking to must have the patience of a saint!"

Marissa was great, she helped solve the problem and resolved getting an active sync email account onto my phone with outlook 365.
