Go Daddy is very up front on resolving issues asap and have representatives that are knowlegeable and patient.

Lately Namecheap gives me a non-stop notification to sign up to notifications for WhatsApp. And they give you no way of turning it off, and to stop them from harassing you to do it.So I tried selecting it to see if that gave me a way to turn it off. But no! It just said your all signed up. Then I had to go searching for how to turn that off. That wasted another 10 minutes.So I clicked their virtual contact us help. The advice it gave was useless and did not work and the chat window disappeared as I went to where it said to go and so I could no longer see what it was saying.But now every other window I went to popped up an empty chat window that you could not close and so you could no longer see what was on the screen in a lot of places and that stopped you from doing pretty much everything!The only way I could stop it was to exit, and clear all my cookies, and then I had to log back into everything I normally have open.That wasted another 10 minutes!And there was more but I had enough of Namecheap by this stage and closed it off. In all, they wasted 45 minutes of my times with their crap and bad programming!Namecheap, your programmers are idiots! Every time they change something, things screws up.If it isn't broke, DON'T FIX IT!Fed up with your screw ups!If you want to get rid of your customers, just keep doing what you are doing. And I for one will take my 132 domain names elsewhere!

Very professional and patient with the customer and or client and is willing to explain in great understanding the issues at hand before the matter is taken care of and resolved. Mr. Shabere is very professional and should not be overlooked in his great customer service skills and leadership that he displayed with me allowing me to be comfortable that my situation would be handled to the best of car and with great precision.

I m Namecheap customer they are stealing money beware I have more than 10 domains I disable three domains to auto-renew without my permission they renew my domain and they are not refunding my money. Don't buy anything from them. Better got to goole
