Every time I have had to call the Namecheap support over the many years, I have always had the issue I called about resolved right there and then. I can't think of any other business that has such good tech people. They must hire excellent people and train them well.

I called in because we had trouble with all of our email accounts because of the security program. We also had to download Office 365.Connor was the 1st rep to be able to correctly look at the history of our correspondences to correct all problems. He went above and beyond, and we are very pleased.

I wasn't able to send or receive emails. I called Wix and had to spend hours waiting on someone to call me back. The person that called me could verily speak English, so it was a nightmare trying to communicate with him. He told me to call Microsoft, and I wasn't able to speak to a real person, so that didn't work. I called Go Daddy and waited for 20 minutes but got to speak to a real person that spoke good English, and he helped me solve my problem within just a few minutes, which was a great experience!

If you are a UK business stay away from Namecheap. They require US based business and licenses information. Find another company that knows how to deal with small UK businesses with local business UK laws. Stay away from Namecheap
