The worst customer service I have experienced in years! They will do anything to sell you more, including tricking you and taking payment from your account that you have not authorised, and then refusing to refund you when you report this. Their advisors offer incorrect and inconsistent advice, do not listen to what their customers are actually seeking help for, refuse to escalate complaints to anyone more senior or helpful. I genuinely wish I had never bought domains through them and that I had the option to never speak to them again!

I was having trouble cancelling a plan I had forgotten about. The team picked up my call within a minute, and Cesar was efficiently able to cancel my plan as well as issue me a refund. Overall 5 star experience, and would definitely host with them again because of this convenience, and being able to chat with a real person who promptly solved my issues kindly.

It was affordable, had plenty of options for any level of support I needed. And they have a vast online knowledge base for support when I had a couple questions.

I am a current customer of Namecheap and recently needed to embed Google Analytics into a new website I created. I reached out to customer support for assistance because the instructions provided on your website were inaccurate and I required further guidance.Instead of receiving help with the correct instructions, the representative informed me that the only way to resolve the issue was by purchasing a premium package for $150. I was told this was the only solution, so I agreed to the purchase in order to get my website updated promptly.However, after further investigation, I discovered that the customer service agent sold me the highest-priced package for $150, even though other packages were available for as low as $49.99. This feels like deceptive behavior designed to increase sales rather than provide honest, customer-focused service.

I worked with Luca. I have multiple accounts and need to change them in different ways. This is hard to do on the website because products are not grouped by business and it is hard jumping back and forth. Luca took a lot of time with me and he is a very patient, pleasant, and fun guy to deal with. I am ADHD and jump around a lot in conversations... somehow he managed to keep up! I am completely confident that all is how it needs to be with my account(s) and if there was a way to make him my dedicated go-to help person i would in a minute!(Thanks Luca!)

Although I had to wait what I believe is a considerable time to speak to a human, it was worthwhile.Dealing w/ your "Outlook.Office.com" was a nuisance. And Finally, If hackers can get into top secret government computers, they can surely hack into GOOD Daddy's & most of the businesses that are now going to additional security measures in a hope of protecting the person making a request!

I've used Namecheap for at least a decade. They have excellent customer service if you need to contact them. I have only used them a few times in 10 years but just last week they helped save me some money for a redundant subscription I had.

Namecheap provides a high level of security as well as excellent customer support. I find it to be a trustworthy brand. My only issue is the pricing but I'm willing to pay more for a better quality of service.
