Eduardo went out of his way to help me correct my problem. We were on the phone for over an hour. He pulled a technician into the event, and we went through a number of trouble shooting techniques. He stayed that he would stay with me until the issue was resolved. He is truly and asset to the company.

We started with Namecheap 15 years ago and they were excellent. We did an update on our website, on another platform and from then on things went downhill. Small things with the website, questions about security, and the transition to Microsoft mail, not able to sign in. We decided to move everything out and guess what.. not refunds! In my humble opinion, they have got too big.
