I've typically had good experiences with Namecheap products and services but aware that if you don't want a renewal, you need to set it up to Cancel. I thought having an expired payment method was sufficient (the emails warned I would lose my renewal) but the small print allows them to use credit cards attached to other products. It was an expensive lesson.Fortunately, the last agent I spoke with helped me recover some of the cost by transferring accounts.

He truly loves his job and it rescinds to the customer. I wish I had a Kevin working for me all those years. I hope Go Daddy realizes and acknowledges this man, great sales person. If I was still in the Tourism Business I would steal him away from Go Daddy.

Hands down. Namecheap have THE BEST customer service. Whilst their website UX is confusing, just being able to call them up, have a rep on the line in less than 3 mins and complete multiple transactions in a few minutes is PRICELESS!! Their call reps are what EVERY company should aspire to have.Also, this review is for multiple situations like this...not just today. Their price is more that fair for the hours they have saved me over the years. And I again I can't reiterate enough... every corporation in America should follow their intense level of customer service via phone calls. The only other corp I can think of that comes close is Instacart.

do not recommend! still not fixed - microsoft 365 and godday emails are incredibily disfunctional and constantly glitchihng - over 5 days now. no response from Namecheap and at least 3 times a day they just stop working. every day!!!!
