DO NOT TRUST GO DADDY OR AFTERNIC They'll scam you out of your money. They took almost 2000 USD from my account and I am not being payed for a domain I sold

Customer support was outstanding. I have been a Namecheap customer for about 2 years now and am very satisfied with the level of support given and the professional conduct of the staff.

Namecheap is my hero! They managed to secure a backordered domain 16 years after I placed the order. I completely forgot I even had placed it. It had originally been my domain, but it was hijacked from me 16 years ago and now I have it back again! Thanks Namecheap!
