In very sharp contrast to the vast majority of telephone "help" sites, the one at Namecheap.com does what any reasonable customer would want them to do. They have thankfully avoided the entirely frustrating AI "receptionists" systems and instead gave me very ready access to a techical specialist who understood my problem and fixed it in short order. Their customer service is very poor. I have tried to login to cancel my email/O365 service, but the refused to log me in. The only message I got was:" Yikes, something went wrong. Try Later". Overpriced and terrible service. Avoid them!

I have been using Namecheap for over 15 yrs and have never had an issue.
