I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after my recent experience with Namecheap. My email address wasn't receiving messages. Despite them advertising 24/7 support, I didn’t really believe I’d get through to anyone—let alone someone helpful—at 9pm on Easter Sunday.Past experiences with other companies have made me expect the worst: long wait times, being treated like I don’t understand the issue, and no resolution in sight. But Namecheap completely turned that expectation on its head.Not only did I get through quickly, but I spoke to someone who actually listened and knew what they were doing. They explained the fix clearly and honestly told me it could take up to 24 hours to take effect. To my surprise, the issue was resolved within 10 minutes—I was receiving emails again almost immediately!I’ve used various domain and hosting providers for different businesses over the years, but Namecheap has hands down provided the best customer service. I only wish I hadn’t written them off before—lesson learned!Highly recommended.
