Absolutely the worst company you could ever have a domain name with! Horrible customer service. Charging your credit card without your authority, even when you don't even connect it to auto renewal, they will charge your credit card without you knowing it ! They will shut your domains off and turn them off and steal your money. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have 63 domains with them for 8 years 5 websites, and this is how they treat me? I will be moving everything to another provider.

I've been trying to gain access to my account for months. The whatsapp chat customer services refer me to customers services via email. Customer service via email refer me to use the customer service on whatsapp. The whole process has been frustrating and unprofessional. The service on whatsapp is not helpful when they don't even bother to reply to messages.

Normal practices when it comes to domains expired domains, is that a domain goes into exchange period between 31-72 days.At Namecheap, after 7 days, they charge an exchange fee of 600dkk, this is utterly shady.So if you changed credit card, and your domain didn't get renewed they will charge you 600dkk ekstra to renew your domain because of "exchange fee"... the problem is, the domain is not even in exchange process yet... it does that in days 31-72.... so they basically just greedy.
