The Namecheap rep I had was the BEST EVER out of all the ones I dealt with. Extremely knowledgeable and was so easy to navigate my side due to his respect and kindness.

Kevin attended to all the necessary steps to handle domains. He also educated and informed about other services which are very important and will come in handy for my enterprise. Namecheap is a great place to host your domains and the enterprise that follows. Great tool set and plans.

I have been with Namecheap ONLY for over 50 URLs since Bob founded the company. I am still pleased with my current URLs and how go Namecheap has treated me.

Put me on hold for almost an hour, then tried to charge me extra for a "premium support team" that would help with my issue. The free support team refused to give me any information on my issue, and constantly redirected me to the "premium" upcharge. Absolutely abhorrent that I already pay almost $500 a year for webhosting and I somehow need to pay an additional cost to fix basic access issues, and to fix image links. Clearly Namecheap does not care about their customers, and will bleed them dry for as long as possible.

I've spoken to a few employees that did not have much experience in the past. But today when I called the employee took care of my needs and fixed my websites. Go Daddy is a great system and I am glad to be a customer.

The rep who helped me was able to sort out when and why I had signed up for redundant services that didn't meet my needs 100% when I enrolled in them on my own and then helped me consolidate those and come up with a solution that will meet my needs 100%.
