I am not happy with this company

Mark was not only helpful but listened to my long and complicated problem to better understand how to help me. He resolved my issue and made it very easy for me to understand what needed to happen to fix it. Wonderful experience!

I do not like the process it takes to get help. You only give your options. None of the ones listed was what I needed. It takes time to get to who you want to go through because robots are not real and can not answer questions because they are pre (being the operative word) programed

An email to their CEO:ONE OF 3 ACCTS: 162636141. Forty calls since August 30. Complete and utter incompetence. (Iam the reason ICANN was created). See Lawrence (me)-Dahl Companies vs Cello Music and Film LLC. 1 million dollars in legal fees later. The incompetence of your phone help has affected myself and my youngest child (who is now days behind in a real-property escrow) due to the pathetic performance of your staff. A call from you personally (not an understudy) no later than 8am tomorrow morning is appreciated. Failure to do so will result in another global review and perhaps a civil action if this is not resolved tomorrow at the latest. I've dealt with no less than 20 incompetent employees of yours, several promised call backs, multiple promises to fix all of which were BS. We're done.

This is a fraudulent company who preys on unsuspecting customers. I recently submitted a complaint to AZ Attorney General and IC3.gov on account of fraudulent online credit card billing the company admitted was intentional.There was a credit card on file that expired over 2yrs ago. An email was received from Namecheap on 9/11/24 stating the products I purchased 5yrs ago expired due to the expired credit card.Yet on 9/12/24, they billed the expired card. The credit card company confirmed pending charge. I asked Namecheap why they would bill an expired card. They said, “We bill all cards in an attempt to receive payment from the credit card company.”This is intentional fraud and the CEO should be sent to prison. Why are companies like these allowed to commit intentional fraud to not just their customers but also against the credit card company? Namecheap is corrupt.This company is headquartered in Tempe, AZ. Companies like these get a little slap on the hand and told not to do it again. Well guess what…we need more people to start waking up to these criminal American enterprises and say something and report it.I have photos, which clearly show the card was expired.

Have been using Namecheap for many years now and their tech support has always been fast, east and excellent.My latest experience regarding the transfer of my email domain from a different provider to Namecheap has been a breeze. The Tech support lady even provided me her work email so I can ask her for help re tech matters.
