Go Daddy is great for all your needs and love their customer service - very informational and helpful!

I have used Namecheap for several years for web services as well as email. Their system is easy to use, customer service is readily available and always helps me resolve whatever issue I have. I am not tech savvy, but they are always patient with me.

Barry spent the time needed to be clear about what we are trying to accomplishmade. Then he made sure I uderstood the ramifications of my decisions. He was the 3rd person I spoke with this morning. In a perfect world all customer service representatives would have the desire and ethics to do the level of work that Barry provided.

Their customer service is top notch. Have called at all hours and it’s always solid. Some prices are a bit of a reach and codes are fifty fifty.They do have great help and tutorials. Use them.

Many people have accounts there that are frozen and all funds stolen. How do I get money back from the bitforte website?!.. who will punish them and those who further sell these fraudulent domains?!

I use Go Daddy for my Website.I was on holiday in France and they changed my email automations to French, I have spent several hours on their webchat service and it is still not resolved, the problem has been ongoing for a month!Customers are getting frustrated.Their web chat support keeps getting disconnected and I have to start again.

The tech was able to keep me calm and collected until we resolved the issue.
