Josh was extremely helpful and patient as I tried to navigate how to resolve what needed to be corrected on my end. The issue was more with the my access to Namecheap’s website resulting in errors which created multiple renewal charges. Once that was resolved, my WIX website had domain errors which were not in his control yet he still provided excellent customer service and also the records to correct my email address once that option became available.

My call to the Go Daddy Help Center was answered in less than a minute. The customer rep (Xenjie) was very knowledgeable and very pleasant, polite, patient and easy to understand.

This company is very greedy. It is very easy to sign up for a service, but very complicated to downgrade a service and stop paying. It looks like a strategy. Buying a domain through them is easy and cheap, renewing is much more expensive.

I am previously happy Namecheap customer but I am unable to change the title tag for our domain, this is despite speaking to several different support staff over the last year - none of whom could resolve this basic issue. I made an official complaint one month ago but no one has replied AND I made a cry for help last month on Trustpilot - Namecheap promised they would help me when they replied and then just disappeared. It is a very basic need for a business to be able to change a title tag - please someone from Namecheap read this and contact me and solve the problem.
