I have tried to contact these people time and again. They remain uncontactable and I do NOT have the item I paid for. What a pity that they think so little of the customer that they cannot be bothered to post the items as requested.

I very very rarely write bad reviews.But Namecheap are utterly useless.I have been trying for over one week to get some help with a problem and literally have been either dropped on the chat or openly lied to.In addition, simple things like the Mail overview stopped working. Setting up a new email address crashed, transferring a domain failed and took over a week to sort.These guys used to be great, but they have totally lost it now.

18454452I have purchased the domain name NICOTINAMIDE.COMToday at around 18.00 pm in Istanbul time.Since it looked as if payment could not be processed, I tried both my credit cards several times & with apparent no success, then I called your call center & spoke to rep Mr. Atakan, he confirmed my payment & purchase along with several extra charges for the same domain & told me my domain is purchased, but a problem has been continuing regarding invoicing etc & all my extra charges will be returned to me.This is a serious problem on behalf of Namecheap that will lead to serious consequences & I want my domain purchase confirmation along with the return of extra charges asap from your end.Regards,Tahsin Orcun Argun

Cracks on the ceiling had these guys pay my car they had for about 6 months when I got the car back it had overspray all over the engine rims and windows only had the car for about a week paint is already cracking and chipping would not recommend these guys again poor service

Resolving site issues quickly

I was very happy with the service I received today from one of the support staff, named Sam. Sam is based in Sydney, Australia. He was patient, courteous and very helpful in resolving my payment issue. I was a little nervous at first as I read reviews on an Australian consumer website which were mostly negative. It was a relief to liaise with Sam who resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. Thank you Sam for your wonderful service!

Customer service was responsive and quickly resolved my issue. At the time I was traveling internationally and did not have access to my files which made it difficult. The representative was personable and helpful.

I recently paid for a domain renewal with Namecheap, only to have the domain removed from my account the very next day, despite being charged for it. I spent hours on the phone with customer service, only to be told that the responsible team wasn’t available. After several more frustrating days, my account was locked, and despite numerous calls, nothing was resolved. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will be exploring other domain providers that value their customers’ time and trust. Do better, Namecheap

After changing my number, I do not have access to my account. After contacting customer service I am still unable to close my account. I do not wish to keep my account but due to AUTO-INROLMENT, I get charged the fee. At this point, my credit card is running on my site. I am unable to cancel this. This site is a total scam.
