Never had issues as long as I was just buying their services. Then they reached out to me to sell a domain via DBS, I agreed, now almost two weeks later I’ve received no payout and can not get any response from Namecheap, as they seem to have put a hold on the payout without providing me any info. Their support lines/emails/texts have been useless and more often dropped mid conversation than not.

Thank you once again to Namecheap and to Maria Z and Ryan for helping me recover my business phone number. I thought I had lost it forever and they were able to recover it and resolve my phone issues.

I’ve been with Namecheap for about 8years now and the past 2 years. I added a new product and they were charging me left and right for something that’s not needed.When I finally went through my products with them they’ve added SSL’s from 3 years ago that wasn’t even working or not been added. All my Emails had Office 365 when in fact it was not even necessary as I only really needed one. They had made each emails as an accounts and added Office on there. I was so pissed ?? coz they were taking money from my credit card every month $250-$500 almost every month until I finally caught up on what these people are doing. I’m planning on going to another provider that won’t take advantage of their customers. Pissed in Calgary!! ?? Beware with these crooks!!!

My email was hacked and Namecheap rep was able to put a stop to it right away. He also set me up with additional security options to reduce the chances of it happening again.

Choosing Namecheap and buying a domain name was a disaster. I used Namecheap before and made my own website for free by getting FTP information. Now they don't let you create a free website on your own because they want to sell their own web builder services. This is really ridiculous. They victimize you by not giving you FTP information. The bad part is that you make a 1-year payment and on the phone they tell you that you can change the hosting service to a different company if you want, but they won't refund your money. Should I laugh or cry when faced with this solution?

Namecheap is basically a one-stop-shop! Easy, detailed, and user friendly.
