I have been a Namecheap customer for roughly 20 years, now, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. Their domain prices are more than fair, their service is excellent and reliable, and their employees (especially “Beverly”, from their overnight staff in the Philippines) is always a pleasure to work with, whenever I am lucky enough to get her on the line.

I got myself in a pickle on the Namecheap site so I called for assistance and Ruben fixed my issues and concerns promptly and professionally thank you. You can relay on Namecheap to help that’s for sure.

These 5 STARS are for Cassandra. Since September 9th I have spent a total of 11:00 HOURS on the phone with different people in the sales and service departments of Namecheap. While all of the people I interacted with were kind and always polite, I would never get what I was promised. Not until today!!Today I spoke to Cassandra, and thank you, thank you, thank you Cassandra for your kindness, your professionalism and your complete comprehension of the situation. Not only did Cassandra help me with a 3 week accumulation of being over promised and under delivered, she stayed on the call with me until my issues were resolved!!!!! Cassandra resolved 3 situations in 1 call! How could she do that you ask? That is because she was the ONLY person wholistening to understand “the client”, and then going above and beyond to resolve the issues. Not one of the prior 4 or 5 people were able to do that, except Cassandra. ????I hope she is in upper management and if she is not she should be up there. She is an exceptional employee and Namecheap is lucky to have her. Hey Namecheap give this woman a big raise, she deserves some shares too. Go Daddy's representative, Reggie Ann, was extremely patient and helpful in authenticating my domain with my CRM and resolving the issue expeditiously. Her recommendation also indicated her earnest concern for me as Namecheap's client. Now I am reassured that my domain is properly protected and I can seamlessly connect with my clientele base.

I recently purchased a subscription for my website through Namecheap. During the first payment attempt, the page crashed and there was no record or confirmation of payment. When I wen't back to try again, I decided on the slightly better plan. I have now been charged for both, and customer service say they can't give me a refund because it was an 'upgrade' even though the payments were 7 minutes apart. I'm very disappointed and will be moving my custom elsewhere.

The representative was very nice, patient and helpful.She talked a little fast but she slowed so I could understand.Very nice lady.

I had a problem with a website setup and I called in to Go Daddy and was lucky enough to get a fellow named Lester as my support representative! He was beyond great with his knowledge and skills. More importantly he actually made me feel like my business was of the utmost importance to him! In a world where most tech support people make you feel like you're bothering them to help you, Lester went above and beyond to help me and its folks like him that makes me want to do business with Go Daddy!

Absolute rubbish and rip off. You buy a basic plan that means you can’t edit your text or wrote on the pages. You webpage doesn’t show in search unless u pay more. If u want to edit your webpage you have to pay more. If u want help you have to pay phone bill n wait hours. They are useless and all say different thing to solve the issue. I feel scammed. Not recommending to anyone ever to use Namecheap. You get no support all you do is end up paying more bit by bit and waiting for response from a robot… disgusting.

I've been purchasing domain names since 1997, Namecheap is the place to purchase domains whether you use them for hosting or not, they are still the best service provider going. If you have a problem or question, you can actually call someBODY, as opposed to being limited to Chats or Emails. This is so important in today's business.

The best for domains and hosting but inflation has hiked prices so much I can't afford it anymore. Still the best there is.

I was hoping to register a domain name that was long and had no meaning in any language. Oh, but it had already been used by someone else! I checked the registrar registration expiration and updated date from another provider, nic (dot) com / whois, just to be sure. I set an alarm on my phone to re-register it in my name, just in case! I kept an eye on the update time, even down to the minute. Just before the deadline, I checked it again at nic (dot) com / whois. Then I logged into my Namecheap account, which I already had ready to go at Namecheap. And when I clicked on that domain to register it, it said it was (supposedly) registered by someone else. This was a bit of a shock. It's hard to believe. And the screen said, "We can help you with this." And underneath it, it asked for $100. It's supposed to be a middleman. But I'm not as gullible as Namecheap thinks I am. It's obvious that there's an artificial intelligence algorithm. If you try to register a previously registered and expired domain, you will see that it is registered by someone else. He sells you a $10 domain for $100. This is fraud, plain and simple. He thinks we're stupid, and he's wrong. I simply wanted to register another domain in my name from another Namecheap account. It's no coincidence that the process I described above happened in the domain I've been waiting months for. I set an alarm for it. After a lengthy AI chatbot, I have finally reached a real human being, despite the fact that he is lying. It could be an AI. I have four companies in the US. I have opened different Namecheap accounts in the name of all my companies. I will pay $25,000 more if I have to, but I will never pay that $100. I will transfer all my accounts from Namecheap. They lie to us and make fools of us. I will report this issue to my journalist friends in my country.

I am not good with technology, so quickly became overwhelmed. I called Namecheap 24/7 Customer Support, and spoke to a patient, knowledgable representative who provided me with all the help I needed. My anxiety disappeared, and I now feel confident about using the products I purchased.
