Creating a new website was relatively easy, even for a newby. When I did need help, the tech support was great. Customer service is knowledgeable and patient.

I have been chatting with customer service for 45 minutes in an effort to obtain a $13.66 refund because of their deceptive advertising. Response time is terrible from Suraj and Assistant.

I have always found Namecheap’s customer service to be willing to dig in and resolve any and all problems no matter how complex. This has been true for almost two decades. Anytime I am tempted to seek cheaper alternatives, it is the 24/7 customer service delivered by a professional and knowledgable human being that has made the difference for me. For this I genuinely appreciate and recommend Namecheap.
