Big Rock has literally shut down my business with just one email. In the email, they stated: "Your website on your Cloud Enterprise Hosting plan has been suspended due to the following reason: abuse." We have been preparing for our business for over 1.5 months and have not even launched our platform yet. However, Big Rock claims they received reports of abuse from customers. This is impossible because we haven’t started yet and don’t have any customers at all.I asked them to share these alleged abuse reports, but they were unable to provide any proof—because there are no reports. We haven’t even launched! I paid for a full year of their Cloud Enterprise plan upfront, trusting Big Rock. Now, I realize Big Rock is a dangerous hosting provider that can shut down a business in a single day with just one email, based on baseless accusations without any evidence.I will never pay for an entire year upfront again. I am still in shock. All my work and business have been shut down, just like that.I had all screenshots and videos with live support. I will also share them on other platforms. I can not still believe that.

After finally getting a real person to chat with, the tech was patient and walked me through the whole migration event. I sent him screenshots each step of the way as he led me through the process. Eventually he had to start it at his end, which he did and we finally got the process going. Took awhile, but it worked. I could not have done it without his help.

Big Rock made it easy for me to develop, configure and manage my store thanks to the AI functionalities, integrations, not to forget about the support who answers quickly and directly no time wasted.The WordPress migration was smooth, I had no problem starting a blog, even more, availability of Big Rock tools and recommendations.The prices are affordable and the plans are what a person can ask for.I encountered some problems at first, but thanks to the documentation and support, everything has a solution.The teams is always on constant development, making Big Rock more and more fun, much appreciated. Finally, from my experience, I would surely recommend Big Rock 4.8/5

I was in a really rough horrible situation with another hosting company and Mayas went above and beyond to help me. He was patient with me for hours while the other company was slowly accommodating what we need to migrate my websites. He gave clear instructions, multiple times if needed. Unlike the other hosts, his english was perfect. He was thoughtful and patient and really great, easily the best support I've had, and I've been making websites since the late 90s when you had to write code! I'm impressed and I hope he gets promoted as much as he wants. He is great. Thank you for a much better experience than I've had before.

Technical support is useless?? I followed all the instructions they put on their articles to change my hosting plan. My website is down since 24th of October And today is 13th Nov. They made me lose money and business and nobody cares. Ticket is open and marked as priority as they said but seems this is not real ????
