Loved the Tech support - 1st time user... I used the online chat for the first time for some tech support and once I got through to a human I was imprsesed how efficiently they gave me a solution to every question I had and really provided me with some impressive further links to be able to resolve all the issues I had. Also helped me greatly with future issues I can imagine cropping up that I can look at the Big Rock resourcers at another time to review - all very helpful and just what I needed - resolutions and patience with me! The AI bot was very good initially too.

I tested a couple of web hosting providers over the past 15 years. Never thought I would be happy with a service provider that would be able to have such a great support team, which I believe the most important part behind a great service. Many service providers would offer you a great hardware and software but not every provider would back that up with a great team of support team that is available 24/7 with much knowledge to help you with things even not in their scope like fixing websites conflicts. Frankly, I could say more and more and more, but I believe that whatever I will say will be less than what they deserve. Thank you, Big Rock.

Amazing service each time I need help. The automatic backups that I didn't even know existed have saved my life in the past, and with other issues I have had I have had positive experiences with every attendant, especially with Marcela. I also love that they appear to offer help in more than one language. I am very thankful for Big Rock and have been a client for a long time, I recommend them!
