Everything is easy to navigate, and simple to use. The help desk is excellent and speedy and overall Big Rock is great value for money. I have the business plan which allows me to have 100 websites. (Not that I will be using them all)! As a retired chap, this is just my hobby and I am really enjoying the experience.

You answered all my questions. There was some confusion on my part as to the exact settings to input into Filezilla to gain access to the Big Rock server, and the server entry name to refer to in the Glowhost menu as the "60 day" temporary server. There is no way I could succeed without your input. Hopefully, the website will go up and that I made no mistake in correctly exporting and entering the HTML files of the site.

The representative Vernon did a great job breaking down how the payment methods work and which ones are accepted through checkout despite what the payment processor you may be using says.It was quite a fast process but more importantly a detailed one. The customer assistance is very respected.

I rarely leave reviews but had to for this company. I honestly can't rate Big Rock high enough. Never thought I'd be able to make my own website with such ease. I'm a real tech-phobe and usually find the promises of most web creation services a far cry from the real experience.It was an absolute breeze to create my site and I really love it, it would have cost me quite a bit to get the same result from a web developer. It was super easy and really fun to do. I'm happy knowing I'll never have to struggle when it comes to creating websites again and never have to hire someone else to do the work. The support has been wonderful too. Thank you Big Rock for creating something so useful, very easy to navigate and cheap.
