There is no chat or customer support. My website went down and I've been unable to get any support all day. There is no chat or means to contact HostingRaja customer support from there. Just articles as I stated above. I wish I could attach a screenshot.

First of all, what is on earth HostingRaja has so many "fake" reviews and "endorsements" whilst pissed customers voiced out on filing class action lawsuit?And many of which were not even running their real sites. Hefty affiliate/referral money triumph the disastrous hosting industry.This entire HTML site is 838.6mb (to be precise)! Now with the HPanel, this HostingRaja Hosting Service is a night mare.I have a small one page HTML website that needed dedicated server, after signed up new hosting back in Jul 2023, here are issues:1. Unreliable Hosting: HostingRaja switched their server "at least" three (3) times since I signed up the new Dedicated (their CS claimed VPS) three (3) times, which totally drop my (already set-up) DNS.I provided HostingRaja screen shot to proof.2. Two self-hosted videos (one is appox. 3 minutes play time, while the other is 1minute) were extremely Buffy/intrmittent.3. Bait-n-Switch: I thought I was getting "dedicated" server, I have repeatedly mentioned "dedicated" but got the disastrous load time speed. 5 seconds (for a one page HTML site that has 3 products w/o product page). Google page speed score dropped from 90%+ down to 60%.4. HostingRaja reset my site with "wrong" backup files. 5. email form being disabled, can't send nor receive emails from via contact form.6. Customer service had no idea, nor familiar with their own platform.7. etc..etc..8. I had requested 1000% refund and I will keep my eyes on their bait-n-switch advertising/fraudulent practices.All the good Hosting reviews/endorsements" were bogus when you do google search. Now a days, you have to go with the most critical reviews to get the "true" story.

Thx for reply. In touch with tech support and will get outside email hosting. Recently, couldn't navigate to chat. Got links instead to articles that didn't apply. Another time, routed to chat when I wanted to find an email or submit an online ticket. Paid extra for Titan (will be reimbursed). It's the buggiest email program I've ever used. An example is it will send out highlighted text if you moved text around while composing. You won't know until it's sent. Appreciate that HostingRaja listens to feedback here and through email. They send emails after chat, so I was able to reopen a ticket that way. Their web hosting and tech support has been very good otherwise.

Everything was going great until I upgraded the service. HostingRaja has good uptime service, price and many features, but customer support does not pair well with their core services. I just spent 1 hour and 45 minutes before getting another transfer (end of shift or just transfer) without any kind of help. It looks like the old team from the call centers is now working for HostingRaja, the ones who put you on hold and ask you to spell your name 5 times before they transfer you to another unhelpful person. Every single reply came about 10 minutes later as if it was timed, with no update or help at all, then after 30 or 45 minutes, a transfer. I had a very easy case, a serious technical issue and my request to escalated was not done until... they run the clock enough times pretending they are actually helping a customer. They are not, they just put you on hold, or reply every 10 minutes just to scam their employer. I hate ChatGPT taking jobs but if you ever wonder, this is the reason why that happens, the dirty old lazy tricks of the call center "support" staff. You can see that the negative feedbacks are mainly related to support. I think they should buy SiteGround.com and have their staff take over, they are 1,000 times better.

Everything run good. The performance is very good.The control panel is so easy to use.The support guys works fine but you need contact them trough email. My only dude is that 2 times in 2 months the system leave the sites offline for few hours.Rare... but, the balance is very good.

I have been using HostingRaja for a year and have had non-stop problems with emails and hosting. Their customer support is awful. They have lost me lots of customers over technical problems that they just don't sort out or care about. AVOID this company!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with my hosting provider's support team. Despite claiming to respond within 10 minutes, they seemed indifferent to my urgent need for assistance. I regret my decision to choose them as my hosting provider and have never had such a negative experience with any other hosting service.

HostingRaja are without a doubt the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The alleged 24/7 customer support is complete and utter rubbish. They take days, even weeks to respond to any query or request for assistance. You message, which can only be sent by email or live chat, which is a robot, just sits there unseen. Even when they do contact you back, you get little to no information about what is being done or hownto resolve your query. Yes, it's cheap. But if you value your website and being able to resolve any issues at anything above snail pace, stay WELL clear. Shocking service!

I raised a Pre-sales query to explain in detail their claims of Increased (upto 5x) Performance and 40% Faster Loading Times on CDN feature in the 'Business' Plan under Shared Web Hosting. They never gave me precise answer for weeks.However, after I signed up to give their Web Hosting service a try, a HostingRaja Customer Care Agent got frustrated (since I sought clear response on the above query) and passed on a racist remark by writing, "I can completely understand where you come from." That was absolutely unprofessional, unacceptable and in bad taste from HostingRaja. It was shocking to see a petty employee of a Lithuanian company offending Indians. The said Customer Care Agent remained arrogant until I sent an email informing that I had called it a day, deleted my Account and sought Refund.What surprised me is that no one else from HostingRaja reverted, giving me the impression that it might be aware of some of its Customer Care Agents being erratic, arrogant and offensive towards its Customers. In such case, HostingRaja may not be worried about consequent bad reputation for its other employees, loss of reputation as well as business.This should serve as an Eye Opener for fellow Indians and Asians about this shameful, terrible experience at HostingRaja.HostingRaja should issue an Unconditional Apology and terminate services of all such employees if they want to repair the damage and continue their presence in India.I have concrete evidence in form of emails to substantiate my review.

The hosting is good, when it works. I have the cloud pro account, a multi domain hosting account. Today all the sites are down and there is absolutely no way to contact them. The "live chat" icon goes to a wiki with broad "how to set up a website" Q & A articles. There is no support staff, and no way to contact the company. So when all your sites vanish, and your clients come ringing you up in the middle of the night - there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. There's no way to contact the,Avoid.

I was interested in the parameters of the Cloud Professional tariff and found a promo code for some discount. It was written next to the payment button "30 days money back guarantee". Then I bought this tariff for 12 months at an attractive price. I paid via Binance Pay with BUSD from my Binance Pay account.Once I started using the services, I tried to create a website. But I was asked 5 times what kind of website I want to create (business card, blog or online store) - "hey, let me just add a domain, what's the problem?". No, you can't do that at HostingRaja, you have to answer dumb questions to just add a domain in the panel. Next is even more interesting, they ask what to do next, transfer or create a site. HostingRaja doesn't have the usual mode of adding sites, where you can just specify a domain, create a database and quickly link the site files and the database. Then I found out that in this "wonderful" hosting there is no option to simply move the site until it is bound on the registrar side to HostingRaja ip addresses. My task at that time was to transfer several dozens of sites to HostingRaja. To do this, I had to unbind all my domains from the old hosting to simply transfer files and databases to HostingRaja.That is, I just can't move my sites so that they won't go down.Separately I want to say about the return policy. When I realized that I am not ready to put up with what is happening, I wrote to support with a request to return me my $209. I then counted on a refund policy of 30 days.As it turned out, they equate payment via Binance Pay with cryptocurrency. They write above that they don't refund money paid in crypto, but I paid through Binance Pay billing, not by transferring bitcoins to some address.On the screenshot next to the payment button it says "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee" it is clear and obvious. And above it says that if you pay with cryptocurrency, you can't get your payment back. Doesn't it seem ambiguous to you? They are deliberately misleading the customer so that there is a feeling of security during the payment.They write there in bold "Products purchased using cryptocurrencies, tokens or digital assets are not refundable."But not a word is written about the fact that there will be no refund if you pay through the billing provider "Coingate.I paid with full confidence that I would get a refund if I needed one. Because I checked that it is possible to pay not only with cryptocurrency, but also with Binance Pay wallet. -----What's going on now?I have had several sessions of correspondence with their support staff, who all as one say that we can only refund the money to the HostingRaja balance. They can't give me my money back in any way. What is the actual situation?HostingRaja misleads its customers by promising safe testing of services in the form of a money back guarantee within 3 days.
