I had an issue with meeting the expiry date of my VPS Server. She explained what would happen if I did not meet the deadline and what steps I can take to avoid losing my hosting. I explained I needed just 1 day to settle my bill ... and she went the extra mile and gave me 3 days to sort it out. 5 Stars experience for me. <3

On first impressions, HostingRaja seem like a great platform - and they are great, if nothing goes wrong. If anything does go wrong, HostingRaja start to show their ineptitude in handling issues. Not just in their ability to handle issues, but their explanations (or lack of), limited ability to actually contact them in an easy way, and the time it takes them to resolve issues. I used their website creating platform and domain hosting with them. The account and verification were sent to am email address with .co.uk instead of .com. It was easy enough to get ownership of the HostingRaja account. The real nightmare starts with the domain. No matter how many profiles are created or updated, HostingRaja is not sending the verification to the correct email address. This means the website, the domain, and the business emails are all held in limbo. An old profile on HostingRaja remains in place, and can't be switched or deleted. HostingRaja either can not, or will not provide any details on what exactly the issue is. They will not provide any information on what has been explored, what efforts have been made, or what kind of time frame they can expect the error to be resolved by. If I could go back in time, I would not have used this service. As each days draws closer to the 30 day money back guarantee, I draw closer to asking for this actioned.

Everything about HostingRaja meets my day to day IT service needs and provision in terms of service offering except the fact that some changed have been recently applied, like the disabling of HostingRaja Balance. It made payment for service within HostingRaja very easy and convenient for not just only me but other friends I have introduced HostingRaja to... Perhaps if that could be restored it will really be of greater help on our sides.

HostingRaja's domain transfer dispute process is awful - even with clear proof of hacking and fraud. They need to recognize that they empower rather than prevent bad actors.07/08/23: HostingRaja claims they've reached out to me but nothing was received. They seem to be trying to obfuscate my review. I would recommend not to engage this company, very shady.26/08/23: they've finally listened to our multiple complaints - the hacked site has been suspended but not yet returned to the legal owner. The process simply took too long. The bad actor was able to disrupt business and people's lives while HostingRaja twiddled with this, even with legal trademark dispute evidence and investigator input. My one star review remains, would give even lower if i could.

I've used Interserver's VPS for over 5 years straight and the support has always been impeccable and now I've been struggling with horrible HostingRaja support for over 20 days!HostingRaja didn't charge for using Direct Admin and after I used it for 2 years, all of a sudden my sites crashed with the message that the Direct Admin license was expired!That is, they didn't even warn customers in advance that they would start charging for the license and those who didn't pay would have their websites offline!After I saw that all my sites went down and were requiring the license, I purchased from the Direct Admin site, but to my surprise, when I entered the admin panel, I noticed that all my sites were gone!I asked HostingRaja support for help restoring a backup and after 3 days they were able to restore the backup but still no website in there!Asking Direct Admin support for help, they informed me that it was the server's fault, for maintaining an old terminal system!I'm paying for this vps without any support from HostingRaja and with damages because of them!

I've been a customer of HostingRaja for over 3 years and until this week it all went quite well. However what happens since this Tuesday is disappointing. After an attempt to switch to the new nameservers which HostingRaja requires to access some parts of the control panel, my site went offline (as it was supposed to) and it never came back online since then (which should happen in two hours, maximum a day after the disconnection of the old nameservers). Today it's been the 4th consecutive day since the site is down. Daily communication with technical support gives no results: since the first specialist confirmed that "it looks like the domain nameserver got refused" and "I have forwarded everything to our Technical team, and we will make sure to provide a solution as soon as possible" I receive answers that are very polite but consist of no feedback neither on what is the problem, when to expect it to be solved, what has been done, what is being done. Just "Your patience and understanding are much appreciated", or " our system engineers are already looking into the issue right now and will implement a fix as soon as possible". I have no words. My first hypothesis was the complete understaffing in the technical team, that just makes it take days to resolve the issues. There is no good explanation or excuse for this situation. And I still have no idea whether and when it will be resolved. For provider's reliability it is disastrous, to say the least.

Aug 8 update - Thank you HostingRaja for emailing me after the review below was published. The issue is indeed resolved with your help. AI is a great technology, but human communication is still the best at this point (thankfully!).Aug 6 - I signed up about a month ago (2 domain names + hosting). The "product" itself is fine (control panel, tech stuff, WP intergration,etc). HOWEVER the "Customer Success team" is an AI which is unable to address out-of-the-box issues. When you have one of those, you are sucked into a black hole, and you remain stuck. I was billed twice on the same day for one domain registration + 2 accounts seem to have been created, although both with the same email address, and merging them or somehow resolving the issue appears impossible. At this point, I just want to cancel everything and go elsewhere - but how? The AI "helper" doesn't want to address that either. eeek! I never write these types of reviews - but it might be the only way to attract the attention of a real human to address the technical glitches I am facing. Time is our most precious asset. I have now lost many hours trying to resolve this. PS: I have 20+ years experience with various hosts. Wanted to give HostingRaja a try.

Couldn't have been worse if they had tried. Everything looked great. Read the amazing reviews, like you probably have. Chose them after extensive research. Wanted to use them for hosting several established business websites. Problems came when I went to start the transfer for the first one. Don't want to transfer domain registrar; just want hosting. "something went wrong" pops up on about the third 'next' button. But wait, there's nothing here that's helpful. Doesn't tell me what went wrong. No button to click to chat. Or talk to anyone. Or do anything. Which makes me think - are they really going to be any good? They are falling down at the first stage. Onto online chat. A bot that doesn't give you any help whatsoever, but I can talk to a person. Brilliant, only 5 minutes wait it says. 5 minutes. 10minutes. 15 minutes. and so on....and on....2.5 hours later they respond.So, this is where I'd go if any of my sites were down. Or my emails not working. This is who would help me. Well that's just not going to work for me. The online help then sent me a link with information about transferring my domain before my website. WHICH I NEVER WANTED TO DO. Then I ask how long it will take to get a refund as I'd only paid about an hour earlier. That question was ignored. So I asked again. 7-14 days it takes. Utterly horrific. Do not make the same mistake as me. Do not believe the good reviews. Find the genuine ones. Read about the scams. And mark my words, you will regret signing up. From a disgruntled, business owner in the UK who prefers to work with companies that are efficient and not completely terrible from the off-set.

The features for HostingRaja are usable, well priced, and the tutorials are thorough. You do not have to be making a very complicated website before the configuration process becomes a lot for a beginner to handle, but the customer service is amazing and with some time and research, and some help, everything is doable.

Support is horrible and they ask for tons of documentation when you are locked out of your account. Now they want my credit card copy with only a few numbers blacked out. Do Not Use this company. Now going on 3 weeks and completely locked out of my account. Can only use email and they are slow to respond.
