Namecheap is a really a good platform to do your business. They respond quick to their customers.

Their support is horrendous. You can prove without a doubt that the issue is on their server/network, but the support agents will continuously say the fault is the ISP. Then when they realize they have no idea what they are doing, they disconnect the chat and force you to go through the whole procedure with another hopeless agent whom again blames the ISP. Day 7 and still haven't had my fault resolved. Received a response to this review requesting more information, but as that goes through email linked to a broken Namecheap server, I won't get it. So can't respond with further information!

I've been with Go Daddy since they opened in 2006 with the original owners.Once corporate America bought them the prices have gone up which during these long years of inflation has not helped small businesses.Also lots of corporate changes in regulations.But they still remain the top for applications available.
