Being transparent about my experience using Namecheap domain/website builder technology via laptop/desktop is superb. The editing app has a few glitches that could use improvement. However, I've been using Namecheap for @6-7yrs to date, to build websites for small businesses within my community and by far, this is the best domain and website builder service brand on the market. It's easy to train the companies websites that I create and turn over to their staff to maintain and update. Their customer service is always available and very professional and work hard to resolve claims. Along with the ease of use product use, leads me to write this review...

Everett is an outstanding tech support person. I have an inexpensive VPS, having configuration issues with some things I want to install, and he was able to explain some of the problems, and provide a way forward. They should all look to his example, some of their front line support are just notebook readers.
