Jake was very helpful and patient. He made sure to check back on me while on hold. He explained the process to me and before I ended the call I had already received an email with the info he mentioned.

I always admire your highly professional support. However, i strongly dislike MS Office 365, it is a mess. Namecheap was a beauty!!!!! Now 365 it is a struggle.

Before my wonderful experience tonight with Arjhun, your awesome representative, I was unsure about continuing with Namecheap after working with you for several years. However, the customer service received tonight was next level. Despite our terrible weather conditions and some specific concerns caused by Hurricane Helene, Arjhun went above and beyond to answer and solve all issues. His knowledge, efficiency, and kindness truly made the situation stress-free. Thanks to Arjhun, I feel confident moving forward and greatly appreciate the outstanding support!

After many years I still think Namecheap has the most and perhaps the best to offer. Their prices and coupons for discounts are fair and generous. And I like how they have a 24/7 customer support line - for any & everything you may need help with. They also brought things & accessories to my attention that I never knew existed in how a website can run & operate.

Your Namecheap tech support was great. James was patient and walked me through every step, able to merge my accounts to streamline my access. It makes my life easier. No one prior to him ever mentioned I could merge accounts. I'm extremely grateful for this man and praise your company for your excellence in training staff to go above and beyond. Thank you Namecheap!!

as a web designer / developer. Namecheap to me is one of the worst service providers in the domains/ hosting market. The first thing I do when a client comes to me with a domain hosted on Namecheap is transfer it somewhere else. The whole eco system is a mess. You can tell that it expanded with no proper initial architecture and at this point you need to destroy it and start from scratch. Even the process of transferring a domain outside of Namecheap takes days with the absurd number of emails confirmations being sent to the owner. Account delegation isn't so helpful. You can't just as an owner give full control to your team. The security / UX balance is terrible, the support team is useless, not just in 2024. I been experiencing this since 2020

Auto renewed an unused domain and when I tried to cancel within 28 days they wouldn't cancel it or refund anything. £292 charge for something I don't want. Will be moving all other domains to someone else.

I called up following problems with my email accounts. Ammaan (The Technical Rep I spoke with) was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He went above and beyond in terms of the service I would expect and kept in contact via email until 10pm in the evening to make sure everything was resolved.
