What is funny is that my role was reversed being a customer instead of an analyst. I am a retired system analyst at Boeing and I use to do trouble tickets solving customer issues. I am so happy that I don't have to do that anymore but Xenjie did a great job and knows each browser that I use perfectly and how to resolve the corrupted cookie issue on all three browsers. Contact phone # on website was useless because website e-mail was frozen when domain name expired. 480-624-2500 let me pay bill and did almost everything I needed except confirm passwords. Thx Namecheap, you have served me well for a long, long time. Live long and prosper! P.S.--Some tweaking of Namecheap website "changeupdate.com" may be needed to serve the problem mentioned above.

I've been with Namecheap for over 20 years with no intention of moving. In that time, I've acquired and let go of many sites, as well as keeping some for many years. They've got great customer service, but I've had so few problems over the years, I haven't had to make that many calls! Their site is easy to use, the instructions on there well written, and their Agents are extremely knowledgeable. Five stars and thumbs up all round.
