This particular instance was not because of a web related issue. I had accidentally purchased a 1-year subscription for services on my site through paypal and the wrong payment source was used. I called in and was in a panic because the account the payment would be drawn from was not sufficient. The person I spoke to immediately assured me the payment would be cancelled and there would be no issue with my accounts. There was no, "You have to wait for it to go through before we can do anything." type of answer. It was dealt with immediately and for that I am thankful

Had some issues with a secondary outlook account, but couldn't find any helpful information on their help pages so I clicked contact us and joined live chat. I've just spent well over an hour speaking to 8 "guides" INCLUDING A MANAGER who in turn, disconnected me as soon as I began speaking and redirected me to the AI assistant. I have now resolved my outlook issue, thanks to Google, but any attempts at finding an email address or postal address to submit the transcript in order to file a formal complaint have failed miserably no thanks to the useless customer service team. I will certainly not be renewing my products once the term has concluded and recommend nobody else to join or renew this service, as it is a complete waste of time, going round and round in circles for hours, if you do ever have an issue. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They have a great product. Communication leaves a little to be desired if you use the website for communication. My recommendation is to call. You will need your PIN and account numbers. Have them handy when you make that call. The technician I spoke with was easy to speak with and very knowledgeable.
