Namecheap is consistently helpful and easy to use. I have been a customer of theirs for going on two decades. Anytime I have a question or a concern, I can get to a real live person and get it taken care of quickly. They seem more like a business partner than a vendor!

The Namecheap front end to MS365 hides many useful functions. For example, there is no way to configure delegations for email accounts.

NEVER EVER EVER buy a domain from Namecheap. They sell you insurance, but don't protect your domain and when then I could never access it and then they tell me its not my fault, but I can't have my money back!?!?!?I am astounded how horrible my experience was with your company. I could never imagine that you would sell me a domain AND INSURANCE and then let someone else set up a tenant on my domain. Then to make matters worse, you continually told me it wasn't my fault. I spent HOURS AND HOURS on the phone with Namecheap telling me it wasn't my fault. Hours with Microsoft telling me it's not my fault. I even made microsoft and Namecheap get on the phone TOGETHER. None of this was my fault. I was out hundreds of dollars and finally gave up after 4 months of misery and lost money and literally had to get a new domain and change my COMPANY NAME. And you have the audacity to tell me I can't get a refund because once I finally gave up all hope and SHUT DOWN my company name to start a new one, you told me it's too late?!?!?! Shame on you!

My customer service agent was excellent. She was very patient as well as professional. She help me resolve my issues.

I am switching my website to Namecheap because they have actual humans that take the call to provide assistance. It is refreshing to have a service representative that can resolve obstacles without self help options or stay on the phone pressing buttons only never to speak with a live agent. It has been a great experience so far.

We have been dealing with billing issues with Namecheap since May (many of which were still not resolved) but Reshan's expertise and knowledge, professionalism and assistance was a breath of fresh air today!
