My problem with Wordpress had to do with a security feature that was stopping customers from downloading forms. Rhomalyn was quick to answer my question, show me how to fix myself and solve the problem.

Probally the worst support I've ever recieved. If you don't talk on the live chat for 2 minutes they chuck you back in the call, then another agent comes back into the queue and can't even read the chat log to see what you said, they then answer with some random information and then leave after you wait for 2 minutes. It's like the agents are not even trained. I have never had such god awful support in my life. This is the reason we're trasnferring our 10 domains away from Namecheap.

The customer service (tech support) representative understood my issue and told me the steps to rectify it. It's refreshing to have an issue resolved with one phone call that wasn't transferred a dozen times. Rarely do I experience that level of professionalism. Normally, my experience with support people who are working remotely has been time consuming and unproductive.
