Trying to get support when things go wrong is extremely frustrating. Calendar service on my premium plan website stopped working. Namecheap has introduced an AI chatbot support system that is completely useless, it asked for the same info 4 times and kept looping. Just call the phone support line instead.

Today, I connected with a Namecheap technical support person who was excellent. I needed to resolve a few issues regarding my new hosting plan, activating SSL, setting up FTP access, and configuring new email accounts.The agent (from Malaysia) systematically guided me through all the processes. His favorite question was, "Is there anything else you want to look at?" We accomplished a lot within one hour! There was no charge for any of his help.Unfortunately, with Namecheap, my experience depends upon who I happen to get to assist me. On other occasions, the agent just seemed interested in upselling me on additional products or pointing me towards added technical support that required expensive payments.I'm not sure what the problem of consistency is with Namecheap's support, but I hope they're working to achieve a uniform level of quality regardless of where their staff is located.

I have a bill dispute and called multiple times only to be fobbed off with a fake e mail. Told I would have 14 days to make my claim, then told I was given incorrect information ?????I have NEVER had my websites live. I have kept it for the domain name.all I want is my website money back as I have now cancelled my account as feel the company has zero customer support due to AI and staff who aren’t unable to give correct advise. Just do the right thing and return my money!!!!

Domain suspended with no reason. No appeal, no communication, nothing. i've lost 6 domains with 100k visits/month.No refund. i called the customer service, and they say the decision is final. I do nothing wrong. Only selling fashion item online.Bye Namecheap. wasted 5 years.Update: non sense reply. How do they expect you to work with verification team when they ask for nothing and while contacting them, all they say is the decision is final without proper explanation and reasons. Please avoid go daddy.
