Horrible business practices. They will not allow you to remove payment methods via your registered account. They will not allow you to turn off auto-pay without a separate verification that does not work. They force you to call customer service and they make you wait for ages. VERY unhappy and frustrated.

Namecheap has been a truly awful experience. I rented 3 email addresses, at what I later found out was an extortionate price. Then I found out that many of my sent emails were bouncing back or going to junk. When I called them, they said I would need to pay another extortionate amount for security to make them work. I said, clearly I have been mis-sold these and requested a refund. They took a long time, before coming back to me to say they wouldn't be returning my money. Avoid and shop around! I have found a better company that will rent the emails with security included for about 10% of the price Namecheap fleeced me for.

Friendly, helpful, quick. While I hear other professional peers fuss with higher prices and long wait times to resolve issues that is something I've never experienced. Namecheap's team of experts go the extra mile and do it with a smile. So thankful for everything they do.

It rained a week later and water leaked inside the house. I called him for 2 weeks and he promised me to come to fix it again and never did. People never trust anyone like that and do your research. I have the invoice and the warranty on it.I will update if anything changes.

Looks like all these people writing good reviews about Namecheap are sponsored by them. And others are employees. Look in all other sites how bad are the reviews. I called several times and here is a screen shot of the wait time with no resolution. 1h10min . Namecheap is a legal scam in USA.I run a small business making about 25000 a year, an advertisement who called me from Namecheap said you are approved for a free credit card machine since you make more than 125000 a year, i gave him the details like requested ,bank statements shop address, square previous history for the last 5 years... after a week the machine came,(awssom) they said go ahead use it, first 3 days used it, then I got an email, we will need more info you money will be on hold, it's like going backwards, their trick is to give you the machine fast then they block your couple thousands so they finish their process, I asked a friend who has their machine also said the same think. His money was on hold from the very first couple weeks for no reason, telling him we are reviewing your account, I read on reddit also a lots of real reviews having the same issues with godady machine same exact subject, I want to put screen shots here of all wait times of 1 hour then they hang up, because the guy who is answering is like a call center has no idea and saying sorry I can't help you with that wait for their email.I Emailed the guys he told me to email because obviously the people who have their hands on your funds cant talk on phones they can just get your money, they answer once a day with an automated machine, we want some details which they already have and even the bank accont account for God sake, what else do you want. Like am working for you now. The money is still on hold from Sept 30 till today october 05. i stoped using the machine since the money goes to Namecheap and blocked there, no one has a solution after 6 call each day, same amswers. Luckily I still have the square machine that I have for 5 years to keep the business going, square literally asked me once in an email, and never heard from them since 5 years no complains, I accepted godady machine offer because their processing fees are cheaper, 10c per transaction amd 2.34% visa. but guess what, you get what you paid for
