The customer service department got me directed to the correct place quickly. The rep I spoke to was about to find the problem, offer the solution and walk me through it very quickly. Took what could of ruined my day and turned it around in about 15 mins.

I took out a plan for our Community Council for 3 years, This included the Domain name, The website builder, 5 Microsoft essential email accounts, Everything we needed for three years. Now they are trying to charge for the website on an auto renew. Dealing with one of their agents now and they are exceptionally rude and unhelpful. As the person that updates our website, I really like what Namecheap do, It looks great, easy to use (Especially for someone who doesn't know the first thing about websites) and our users like it. It will be a shame to leave because we can't afford to be paying for a service twice or be mis-sold a product.
