Good tech support is so hard to find, not to mention GREAT. Tiffany went above and beyond to assist me and even pointed out an error that needed to be fixed on one of my social media sites. Truly a gem!

Professional, knowledgeable, customer service mindset

Namecheap is a scam master company! They will terminate your website and then ask you to pay money via their third-party scammers. I witnessed this happen more than four times at different companies, including ours. Shame on Namecheap!

As a Gen Xer, I'm not tech or computer savvy. When I was stuck with a problem I couldn't fix on my business website I figured I'd give a call to C.S. for help. Anthony was knowledgeable, polite and VERY patient. He fixed my problem and explained how to fix it if it happens again. Very appreciative of the patience.

I’m a freelancer I always have issue with Namecheap What’s the big deal if you make your website perfect so there won’t be need to contact your support “I can’t deploy Wordpress, it keep loading and will eventually log me out”I cleared my cookies still the same I’m tired already I don’t advice anybody to buy hosting from them They have poor customer support also

It was great experience with Ava from GD support, she was a really great and she has a great communication and understanding for your situation, after I got scammed by a company called "logondesign.com" they charge me arm and leg and did not get my website working.But Ava from Namecheap is great, she answered all my questions with happens and without getting bothered by my too many questions. Thank You So Much Ava!

Tyler was excellent and very helpful in assisting me with product knowledge and guided me even through the tutorial. This was great, because he chose to do so on his own and I welcomed the assistance. Often reps will just point you to such features rather than actually guiding you through the process. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received from both your company and your customer service agents. It took five days of persistent effort to resolve a simple issue—an experience that was both frustrating and unnecessary.The agents I interacted with were unprofessional, with several raising their voices and others abruptly hanging up. I was forced to make repeated calls, every day for five days, just to correct a mistake caused by your team.On the 6th, I contacted support regarding the auto-renewal of two websites under my Namecheap account. I specifically requested a refund for the Email Essentials service, as it was no longer needed. Instead of processing just the refund for the Email Essentials, your agent incorrectly removed my websites and processed a full refund, which was not what I asked for.As a result, both of my websites were taken down, which has now caused significant disruptions. To make matters worse, I had to pay an additional £136.88 to restore the websites—a situation that arose purely from an error on your agent’s part.This entire ordeal, spanning five days and countless calls, has left me extremely frustrated with Namecheap’s service. I expect a company of your stature to provide better training for your agents and to ensure that customer issues are handled swiftly and accurately.

Go Daddy has the best support team. They are very responsive and knowledgeable, not to mention patient. I highly recommend working with Go Daddy for email and websites.

Order never arrived. I paid shipping but they will only refund partial. I think they are scammers.

Anytime you call you get a live person who is also knowledgeable and competent. No long phone trees or waiting! Excellent customer service and a full service company!
