My Namecheap rep was very helpful and resolved all of my issues -- which were mainly me making a mistake. However, I got some input on how to make the site better, and I appreciate that help.

Disastrous decision to replace web-based mail with Outlook emails a few years back. One problem after another. Often difficult to enter and then came the ridiculous Microsoft Authenticator which DOESN'T WORK. Shame because other, non email, services generally work well.

The customer representative, made my experience terrific. He was patient, identified the problems (there were several) in getting my new website up and running as I had an old website and url that created a conflict. He provided guidance on adding additional features to my new website in a clear and understandable manner.

Excellent customer service rep walked me through everything. It was a great and highly unusual experience in the world of big companies who generally do not provide good customer service. The human on the phone made a huge difference.

Will this feedback actually go anywhere? This is the first time I have ever experienced building a website and contrary to my gut feeling, I decided to set it up with Go Daddy. I now for some reason, have two websites both which are not published and apparently neither can be connected to my purchased domain. This is exactly what I was warned about on most of the website builder forums I researched. I have already spent almost $60 CAD for a domain, a promised free website and security, but that's not enough, now I need to spend $20 a month or $130 per year to publish the most simple website ever. Go Daddy is nickel and dimeing me to death. When I attempted to contact support, I explained the problem in 5 different ways to the Go Daddy representative and they still continue to ask me the same question. I don't know if there was a language barrier or what was happening, but after all of that time, my problem still persists.building a website and now it's going to cost more money and time. If I did business this way, I'd be out of business. What a waste of my time and money. I guess my option is to wait for the 90 days and then migrate the domain somewhere else. I don't generally give reviews on experiences but for a first time user to have such a hard time with zero support, trust me, I will make it well known that no one should ever use this platform againEd Daykin

I called with a domain question. I expected to be on hold forever to get to a representative. It was LESS than a minute! Sheila, my representative was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting done exactly what was needed.
