Paid to use the broker service. Got no reply’s from the original email regarding the service. They didn’t even contact the owner of the domain and I acquired the domain myself in the end. Apparently they offer a full money back guarantee if they do not get you the domain. I have been chasing my refund for months!!!! I ring up every week. They say the payment will be back in the account with 24hrs and shockingly. It’s never is!! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. they aren’t even disputing the refund. They say no problem we’ll give you the money and it never shows!!! I am getting more irritated with them with every phone call.

Mike was a stress-reliever. I pre-assumed the call was going to be frustrating. He wasn't going to understand what I needed. I was wrong on many levels. He not only fixed the problem but made me feel part of the solution.

I've recently noticed a change in behavior of Namecheap's DNS hosting. I've been a customer of Namecheap since 2014. Beginning in September 2024, I've had to call customer service to edit DNS on their end to get things to work -- something I used to be able to manage on my own from the account interface. However, today's assistant was very helpful, easy to work with and quickly finally got the week-old TXT record I needed to show up on the internet.

The representative worked to solve my problems while we were on the call. I appreciate his desire to get my website up and running.

Namecheap provides great customer service! I was able to contact them Saturday afternoon and they were able to answer all my questions. The Namecheap rep, Ken was outstanding to deal with!

Kylee (sp?) was one of the best reps I've ever worked with, even though the issue isn't yet resolved for valid technical reasons. It's too bad he'll probably be moved to management, where he belongs. I hope he can handle the power without losing touch with the people on the front lines.
