I have been trying to dispute a charge on my brother's account for over a month. He passed away and Namecheap charged his account after he died. I tried calling and after 30 minutes on hold was routed to another country where the connection was terrible and the representative could not be understood. I called again after I saw charges on my brother's account and tried to dispute the charges but they agreed only to a partial refund. it is horrible that a company would not give a complete refund after being told someone died. They are greedy and morally corrupt and insensitive. I was told a "committee" decided for only a partial refund. They are horrible and I can't believe anyone would do something like that but I suppose they only care about the money

I’m locked out of my Google account used to sign up for hosting and workspace products. Then was locked out of my actual domain because I couldn’t receive 2fA One Time Verification codes to my Gmail Account and ended up running a $320,000.00 Bill within my Company of GOOGLE.COM.

Also have a great experience with Namecheap. The people on the team are always patient answer all questions about add on's and provide great recommendations. Not too many companies these days have great phone support, that are patient and very knowledgeable.

Namecheap has the absolute BEST Customer Service team. I have been using them for years and whenever I have an issue, they handle it for me.

I've never been disappointed with the help provided by Namecheap. If I have a problem, it gets resolved.

I've been a customer/client of Namecheap for about four years. They host my domain and email accounts, and I'm largely impressed with their level of service and customer support. I only had one bad experience about a year ago with one of their technical support team members, but all of my other experiences were top notch, and everyone was eager to solve my issues. I highly recommend them to others!
