I have used used Namecheap since 1998. I had no complaints. But in the last couple of years the service is horrible! Can't understand what Representative is saying. Long wait time when calling in. The so called Chat sucks. Emails are being held hostage if you want to downgrade. Stay away from these people.

I had a major problem accessing current emails on my computer and was able to contact Namecheap and learn how to find my emails on the Namecheap server. What a relief!
