I spoke with Edward in billing this morning because navigating the renewals was beyond confusing for me. He was kind, patient, informative and helped me make 3 changes to my account that would have taken me hours to figure out.

We were up for renewal and received an email on 10/21/24 that credit card was denied most likely due to expiration. Email stated we had a 12 day grace period from 10/17/24. Our email was shut down on 10/22/24 before we had a chance to update credit card info. We first text support and was suppose to be handed off to a human, that never happened. Called text support and because we did not have record of our PIN that was set up close to 25 years ago the account need to be authenticated. Options for that is to either text our office phone or email a code. Neither was an option due to office phone not receiving text and email has been cut off even though we are in 12 day grace period. We entered a account recovery ticket that can take up to 72 hours. In the meantime we are loosing money because our email is down.
