Easy to purchase and manage domains but their support team is like two different companies. The telephone team are fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The live chat team are terrible. Almost two hours and they hadn't done a single thing despite assurances. They even admitted they speak to 4 customers at once and because I wasn't purchasing another domain, they prioritise sales chats over product help/advice.

I have dealt periodically with Namecheap over the years, and every time I get off the phone with them, I am always very impressed. They are extremely helpful and accessible. In this day and age to be able to pick up the phone and quickly resolve an issue or challenge is unique. I could not be happier with their service and hope they never change their model.

I went to try and manage the DNS on my domains and they literally kept forcing me to sign up for some AI website crap. Now I have to get my client involved to remove all this shit that they are subscribed to.I HATE TECH COMPANIES that force you into stuff in order to access other stuff. Are they that desperate for sales??? THEY TRY TO WEASEL YOU INTO STUFF YOU DON'T WANT OR NEED.
