I called customer service for help setting up my email through the domain I purchased and James helped me very quickly set things up.

My representative Steven was very knowledgeable and was able to easily solve my issue.

Website was a little confusing to explore in the beginning but it was very easy to be connected to a customer service representative.

I really appreciate the 24/7 customer support staff. They are always very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Awful company. Clueless support.They recently took over tsoHost, which had a free charity hosting plan. They've since crippled that hosting with ridiculous limits, making it unusable.Avoid like the plague. They are shysters. Also avoid any big name hosting company for the same reason.

I have been a customer to Namecheap from 2011 for Domain, SSL, Hosting. My sincere request , please go with other service providers/vendors which are really good and reasonable price. Don't fall into Namecheap marketing gimmick trap. Will be end up with paying high and disappointment. Felling very bad on myself for being very long loyal customer to Namecheap.

Go Daddy provides a cost free customer service number. They provide true customer service and their peopole are expert.

The help cente representative was extremely helpful and resolved my probalem and issues efficiently and effectively.

Had a little bit of a blip, with the new "Airo" function, decided to call a representative to get some help. Joseph was patient, listened to my issue and sorted it out in a few clicks. I have always had a fabulous service with Namecheap and the new Airo is a brilliant piece of kit. Happy to recommend them for small business and medium ones.

First and foremost I didn't have to go through prompt after prompt to speak with a representative... and one from America....my representative Nido was definately on the "A-Team"... very knowledgeable and able to locate and solve my issue quickly and with a flare of humor also... On top of that is was a Sunday... but Namecheap was up and armed to service their client base.. can't say enough good things.....Terry
