I have many accounts under delegate access, cant find the websites without knowing the client names. Everything seems to be so hard, the hub has several bugs on chrome desktop windows. The support has my client numbers and PIN but still need to send an email to confirm my identity for a simple taks to remove my domain from a blacklisted IP range.

Domain Privacy
Transferred 4 domains to Go Daddy to sell. Had absolutely no help or good advice to get these domains sold. I am not renewing them so I guess Go Daddy will keep the domains for themselves and sell them for their own gain. A Lousy experience!

I had too many problems with their email service. Almost every month, customers weren't getting my emails, and I wasn't getting my customers' emails. Even worse, my email account was inundated with spam emails. Customer service only suggested to pay more for additional protection. After five months of terrible email service and an overwhelming amount of spam emails, I had no choice but to shut down my email account. Also, long wait times for phone support, and their coupons don't work despite their shopping cart confirming their validity.

Friday, 27th September – At approximately 15:30, I contacted Namecheap with a query regarding my website. During the call, while the assistant was reviewing my site, all the links to nearly 700 images began to break, displaying a "404 Error." I had to leave the call for a doctor's appointment, but the representative assured me this was a common problem that would resolve itself.Later that day, upon checking my site, I found that all links remained broken. I phoned again at 16:01 to address this issue. After an extended hold period, the call was terminated without resolution. At 17:14, I connected with a UK-based representative who, after a lengthy hold, informed me that the issue would be resolved within the hour.Saturday, 28th September – To my dismay, I found that the same issue persisted. I called at 08:11, 08:41, 09:34, and 11:25, but each call ended in disconnection, and no promised call-backs were received. I spent nearly seven hours across these two days with no resolution.Sunday, 29th September – I called again at approximately 06:55. After a long wait, I was informed that the only backup available was from July, when the links were still functional. I had made significant updates to my site since then, and the only other option provided was to manually relink all images one by one. The assistant expressed his apologies for the situation, which left me feeling overwhelmed given the extensive work involved.You can verify these times and review call recordings, which I assume you maintain for training purposes.Impact: This situation has not only disrupted my business operations but has also caused considerable stress and potential loss of income due to my missed launch date. The scale of broken links has severely impacted my users' experience, and I require immediate assurance that such a problem will never recur. It has taken me 55 hours to sort this out. Still no response from Namecheap.UPDATE: Namecheap HAVE ASKED ME TO REPLY TO THEM WITH MY DETAILS BUT HAVE PROVIDED NO DETAILS OF HOW TO>
